Terms of Agreement for Play For the Vote Performers and Producers

  • I agree to follow the rules and regulations defined by Play For the Vote for its Performers and Producers.

  • I will not, nor will my collaborators/colleagues/employees, engage in Electioneering during any activities associated with the Play For the Vote organization.

  • I will follow directions of local election staff.

  • I will not, nor will my collaborators/colleagues/employees, break any laws associated with busking, including, but not limited to: blocking sidewalks or a building’s entrance/exit, or using amplification. 

  • I will not, nor will my collaborators/colleagues/employees, solicit or accept monetary tips or other donations.

  • I will not, nor will my collaborators/colleagues/employees, present any material, spoken or musical, with profane, obscene, or political content.

  • During official Play For the Vote performances, I will display a sign that includes #PlayForTheVote and/or www.PlayForTheVote.com for the duration of the event, in order to identify the activities with the Play For the Vote organization.

  • I will follow all federal and local laws or guidelines regarding COVID-19 health measures.

  • I will not, nor will my collaborators/colleagues/employees, hold Play For the Vote liable for any legal issues that arise from my participation.

  • I will not, nor will my collaborators/colleagues/employees, hold Play For the Vote liable for any medical issues that arise from my participation.

  • I will not, nor will my collaborators/colleagues/employees, hold Play For the Vote liable for any personal or financial issues that arise from my participation.
